Introduction
After witnessing the resounding success and positive impact of the student badges, HSC CoWorks' Head had an inspired idea – why should the students have all the fun? The enthusiasm surrounding the badges was contagious, and he knew it was time for the staff to have their very own badges to celebrate their hard work and dedication. Eager to embark on this new project, I embraced the opportunity to design employee badges that would honor and recognize the exceptional efforts of HSC CoWorks' staff.

Design Process
Taking cues from the gamified student badges, I delved into the design process with excitement and creativity. Each employee badge was thoughtfully crafted to cater to its specific purpose, highlighting their unique contributions to the organization. For instance, the "5-Star Rating" badge proudly displayed five stars to acknowledge exceptional customer feedback, while the "Self Markers Completed" badge showcased a clipboard as a nod to their diligent work in guiding students through their academic journey.

Challenges Faced
Translating the essence of staff achievements into badges presented its own set of challenges. Ensuring that each badge was not only visually appealing but also meaningful and relevant to the staff's accomplishments required thoughtful consideration. Additionally, aligning the new badge designs with the existing student badges while maintaining their distinctiveness demanded a delicate touch of creativity.
